Problem
Due to Mycloud being a full-service warehouse company offering packing and comprehensive delivery services, the company has OMS and OWS systems capable of integrating with Marketplaces, Payment Gateways, Promotion systems, and Logistics. Given the large size of the warehouse and high number of users, including online merchants and administrators, during Marketplace D-Day campaigns, there is a high volume of transactions. This poses challenges as the warehouse management system struggles to cope with the rapid business growth.
Solution
HOCCO has been given the opportunity to integrate its Tech/Business/Product team to work alongside the client's team. The initial problem we have successfully addressed is enhancing the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Order Management Workflow (OMW) to accommodate high Transaction Loads. HOCCO programmers have been collaborating continuously with the client company on this matter.
