Problem
The pain point is the communication gap between doctors and patients when patients need to monitor the status of their own 3D organ components. Sometimes, doctors are occupied with other cases and cannot be contacted, preventing patients from accessing necessary information. This leads to patients being unable to track various details and thus necessitates the development of an application.
Solution
We have developed a tracking system to facilitate communication between doctors and patients. The system allows tracking of the status of organ components ordered by the doctor, as well as various processes, through the application. This includes files and production history. There is also a live chat system for communication with administrators and doctors.
Result
Tracking Application for monitoring the status of 3D organ components, allowing patients to communicate with administrators and doctors. Inquiring with doctors through the live chat system helps streamline processes and save time for doctors.
