Problem
During almost every opening for a real property reservation, there are usually a lot of interested potential customers. This has often resulted in the inconvenience of the prospect buyers as the system has failed to reveal real-time status of the property, whether it is still vacant or it has already been reserved. Besides, potential buyers usually prefer to have a clear view of the rooms, including the furniture and decoration.
Solution
The created system must be able to facilitate the buyers’ quicker decision-making. For one thing, the prospect buyers are able to look easily through various details of the condominium’s rooms by themselves. The system will be able to demonstrate the real time room status, which will boost the sales as it can minimize the buyers’ searching time as well as the seller’s administrative resource.
Result
The touch screen sales system with clear detailed display will reduce the administrative time and it also raises the sales by promoting the proprietor’s image.
