Problem
During the COVID-19 outbreak, PTT implemented work-from-home measures for employees. However, clients of the company require employees to maintain collaborative interactions. Therefore, they need joint online activities during the COVID-19 outbreak to encourage teamwork among employees within the organization.
Solution
We help design online Gamification by utilizing company knowledge and data to create games where employees can participate, answer questions, and accumulate points to compete for rewards. Design options include choosing the number and type of games, such as quiz games, matching games, or puzzle-solving games, according to specific requirements.
Result
Gamification system for company employees that allows them to accumulate points for rewards.
