The well-known cat food brand Royal Canin wants to launch an online marketing campaign on their Facebook page to increase sales and boost engagement rates, making it easier for customers to interact with the brand. This will be used to develop a marketing strategy, utilizing Gamification.
We have proposed a solution that can collect customer data and increase engagement rates by implementing Gamification. Users will be prompted to enter their email, mobile number, and select a character to play a game where they accumulate points for rewards. For subsequent logins, they can use their mobile phone number and access the game on any device. The design can be customized according to requirements, including characters, backgrounds, gameplay conditions, and scoring.
The Gamification system includes a backend reporting system that allows viewing player data such as the number of players and their gameplay sessions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. It also displays their accumulated scores and total points earned.
